Who We Are
Iconic Acres is a private boarding facility owned and operated by Kevin and April Perry who live on the property. April graduated from UW River Falls in 2003 with an Animal Science - Equine Degree. She returned to school and graduated from Saint Anthony College of Nursing in 2008 and is currently managing a Critical Care unit at a local hospital. Kevin attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and graduated with an Industrial Design degree in 2003. He designed tradeshow exhibits for 15 years before starting his own business.
Kevin and April purchased the farm in March of 2016 and went right to work. It had been a number of years since horses were kept on the property and it needed a lot of attention. It has been a labor of love to bring the property to where it is today and it would not have happened without the help of family, friends and neighbors. As with any farm, it is a work in progress. Kevin and April are constantly working and planning future improvements.
